Conor Devlin

I’m a recent graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, where I earned a degree in Political Economy with a minor in Mandarin Chinese. My academic background and international experience have shaped a deep interest in the intersection of venture capital, aerospace, and global technology policy. I’m particularly focused on how emerging technologies can drive transformative growth in critical industries, from commercial space to advanced mobility.

At Berkeley, I led consulting teams through the Berkeley International Consulting Group, developing strategic use-cases for AI and metaverse technologies for clients such as Emirates and LATAM Airlines. My research through NewSpace@Berkeley and the Berkeley Risk and Security Lab has focused on regulatory gaps in open-source satellite intelligence—highlighting how policy, investment, and innovation intersect in national security and commercial markets.

My interest in aerospace and global markets was strengthened through international study at Università Bocconi and a consulting internship with Jointek Aerospace in Milan. There, I worked with Formula 1 and aviation clients on green energy fueling technologies and helped position hydrogen-based components for future adoption. These projects deepened my understanding of the technical and investment challenges shaping aerospace innovation in both the U.S. and Europe.

I’m currently pursuing opportunities that align with my passion for emerging tech, global markets, and forward-leaning capital. Whether through research, strategy, or investment, I’m committed to helping ventures at the frontier of aerospace and deep tech succeed on the global stage.
